My wife and I visited your Massachusetts facility and went on the Deerfield River Fife Brook section trip.

Owning my own business, I know you must often hear complaints long before compliments which prompted me to write. My wife and I were concerned about white water rafting with our kids because we have an autistic son and didn’t know how he would respond to rafting. Our guide that day was Tom. Tom was able to make our son…feel comfortable and seemed to connect with him in a way we don’t often see people connect to him. Robbie had a wonderful day and even days later mentions his friend Tom. My daughter was nervous as well and was put at ease by Tom. Overall, our family had a great day due to how well Tom did and how well he connected to our children.

We went rafting on the Deerfield yesterday.

Frank, who gave all the pre-trip directions, was great! We were very impressed from the start! Our guide, Al, was a blast! We had all adults in our boat so we had a ton of fun! Al made our trip very enjoyable!
